All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping:

– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:
– Carrier: EMS
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide (with some exceptions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by your local customs office.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tall & Bold Store purchase. If you’re not happy with your item for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Packaging: Must include original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns/exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Belts (due to potential sizing adjustments)
  • Nightwear & Pajamas

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Securely: Place items in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items)
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received and processed

International Returns

For our valued international customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
