Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Belts (due to sizing adjustments that may have been made)
- Nightwear & Pajamas
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request (see template below)
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days
- Package your items securely in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items)
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received and processed
International Returns
For our customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
